Beta Plus Agency, an international surrogacy agency, is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing decisions and documents prepared on behalf of the company and preparing legal opinions;
• Developing and reviewing internal regulations, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable legislation;
• Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company;
• Reviewing contracts from a legal perspective and preparing legal opinions and recommendations;
• Preparing consent forms, orders, and other legal documents;
• Communicating with patients and addressing legal matters when required;
• Monitoring legislative changes and preparing relevant recommendations for the company;
• Maintaining and monitoring the patient registry and related documentation;
• Reviewing and monitoring embryo transfer certificates and related documentation;
• Communicating and coordinating with partner notaries;
• Preparing and issuing required certificates, statements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in surrogacy and/or reproductive medicine, or strong knowledge of the field, will be considered an advantage;
• Master’s degree or equivalent legal qualification;
• Strong knowledge of business law and relevant regulations;
• Proven experience in legal research, analysis, and contract negotiation;
• Excellent command of both English and Georgian;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
